- Greet customers warmly and identify their telecommunications or technology needs through active listening and consultation
- Promote and explain Rogers’ products, services, and plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Negotiate with customers to find tailored solutions that meet their requirements while achieving sales targets
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential B2B (business-to-business) clients and fostering new partnerships
- Manage customer accounts effectively using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and community outreach initiatives




- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in sales strategies and service delivery

Requirements

- Proven communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and negotiate effectively
- Strong business development acumen with experience in B2B sales preferred
- Knowledge of marketing principles and analysis skills to evaluate sales performance and customer trends
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for account management
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and contribute positively to a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
