Roofing Crew Foreman Responsibilities

- Previous roofing experience required
- Ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Robust attention to quality and detail
- Experience managing roofing projects and crews is an asset
- Valid drivers license required

Roofing Labourer Responsibilities

- Previous experience is an asset
- Must be physically capable and comfortable working at heights
- Use hand tools and power tools to install, repair,



and replace roofing materials efficiently and safely
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to support roofing tasks
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights safely
- Handyman experience or carpentry skills are highly desirable for versatile project support
- Valid safety training certifications (e.g. Fall Protection) are preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
