We are looking for dependable, hard-working Roofers to join our growing crew. Whether you are an experienced installer or have solid hands-on construction experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, flat roofs, metal, etc.).

- Tear off old roofing materials and inspect/prepare roof decking.

- Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and waterproof barriers.

- Safely set up and work on ladders, scaffolding, and safety fall-protection gear.

- Maintain a clean, organized job site and safely dispose of debris.

- Work collaboratively with the team to complete jobs safely and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven roofing or general construction/framing experience preferred.





- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Physical strength and stamina (ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on sloped surfaces).

- Strong commitment to workplace safety and using fall-protection equipment.

- Punctual, reliable, and solid team-player mindset.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites (preferred).

- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Fall Protection / Working at Heights) are an asset.
