Work Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week

Role Overview

Supply Ontario is seeking an experienced Database Administrator with robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure database administration, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft cloud technologies .

The successful candidate will be responsible for database administration, optimization, migration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and day-to-day database operations. The role will also support Microsoft Dynamics GP, Finance systems, Salesforce CRM, reporting, integrations, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and other SaaS applications .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working across both on-premises and cloud-based database environments , with public sector experience considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Database Administration & Management
- Create and maintain physical database designs.
- Administer and operate Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Perform database optimization and performance tuning.
- Conduct capacity planning and database environment management.
- Install, configure, migrate, and maintain databases.
- Manage database design and implementation activities.
- Perform backup and recovery operations.
- Monitor database performance, availability, and reliability.
- Provide hands-on administration of Microsoft SQL Server in on-premises and Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics GP & Finance Systems
- Manage the day-to-day operation and administration of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
- Work closely with finance teams to support business and financial system requirements.
- Support Dynamics GP implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and Finance system concepts.
- Support integrations between financial systems, databases, reporting platforms,



and other enterprise applications.
- Salesforce CRM, Reporting & Integrations
- Provide hands-on Salesforce CRM administration and support.
- Support CRM-related ticketing systems, integrations, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL Report Builder and other reporting tools.
- Support data integrations between SQL Server, Salesforce, Dynamics GP, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot reporting and integration issues.
- Microsoft Cloud & Application Support
- Support application development and administration in a Microsoft Cloud environment.
- Provide technical support for eCommerce, websites, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Online environments.
- Work with technologies such as:
- .NET MVC

- MS SQL

- Team Foundation Server

- SharePoint
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and development.

- Provide support for

- SharePoint

- Microsoft Teams
- Power Apps / Power Platform

- Ticketing systems

- SaaS applications
- Web, CMS & SaaS Application Support
- Support public websites built using Microsoft development technologies and Content Management Solutions such as Umbraco.
- Support integration of third-party software APIs with Microsoft web applications and technologies.
- Provide technical support for SaaS applications and business platforms.
- Collaborate with application, finance, CRM, and business teams to resolve technical issues and support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience Must Have

- Strong hands-on Database Administration experience across on-premises and cloud environments, particularly Azure.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL Server administration experience.
- Experience with database design, optimization, performance tuning, backup/recovery, migration, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).




- Experience supporting Finance systems and working with finance teams.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
- Experience with SQL-based reporting tools, particularly SQL Report Builder.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrations in Microsoft Cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Microsoft Business Central and Finance system concepts.
- Microsoft 365 administration and development.
- SharePoint administration/support.
- Microsoft Teams Online support.
- Power Apps / Power Platform.
- SaaS application support.
- Public website support and CMS platforms such as Umbraco.

Key Deliverables For the OSC environment, the successful candidate will provide practical hands-on support across:
- SQL Server administration
- Salesforce CRM administration
- Microsoft Dynamics GP / Great Plains support and implementation
- Reporting and analytics
- Ticketing systems
- Enterprise application integrations
- Database operations and maintenance

Work Arrangement This is a fully onsite position requiring 5 days per week in the office at 777 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario. Public Sector Experience: Preferred
