Role Overview The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for the Technology Management Plan (TMP) and MNR initiatives .

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and governance of enterprise architecture solutions across large-scale, distributed, multi-platform, cloud, infrastructure, application, data, security, integration, and communications environments .

This role will focus on defining and managing target technical architectures, supporting technology modernization, guiding the transition from legacy and on-premises environments to cloud and hybrid platforms , and providing expert guidance on Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, enterprise integration, security, governance, and architecture standards .

Key Responsibilities

- Enterprise Technical Architecture & Solution Design – 40%
- Develop, recommend, implement, and manage enterprise technical architectures across hardware, software, databases, networking, and cloud environments.
- Design enterprise solutions within large, distributed, multi-platform environments.




- Define target technical architectures aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and government policies.
- Perform systems analysis and develop application architecture and enterprise integration solutions.
- Design integration patterns, middleware, gateways, and cross-platform technology solutions.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models.
- Develop process models and data models to support enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Evaluate performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and interoperability across technology environments.
- Develop enterprise architecture deliverables, standards, documentation, and architectural roadmaps.
- Provide technical direction throughout solution design, development, implementation, and transition.
- Support modernization initiatives involving legacy, on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Microsoft Azure, Cloud & DevOps – 25%
- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Provide architecture expertise across Azure infrastructure, identity, networking, security, and governance services.
- Integrate Azure services with enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Design and support hybrid-cloud architecture patterns.
- Apply knowledge of Azure landing zones and cloud adoption frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Work extensively with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated testing, and DevOps
