Role Overview The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a Senior CRM Solution Architect with extensive experience designing, implementing, customizing, integrating, and governing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions within large enterprise environments.
The successful candidate will provide technical and architectural leadership across CRM platforms, Azure cloud services, enterprise integrations, data architecture, security, APIs, workflow automation, and multi-tenant solutions.
The role requires the ability to define target architectures, reusable components, integration patterns, security models, data flows, environment architectures, and technical standards while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Integration, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Solution Architecture & Enterprise Design
- Define the structure and relationships among CRM solutions, applications, databases, middleware, and integration components.
- Design, implement, customize, and govern enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
- Define reusable components, solution layering, interfaces, quality metrics, limitations, and source-code requirements.
- Develop and manage CRM solutions across large, distributed enterprise environments.
- Analyze interactions between system components and define architectural dependencies and constraints.
- Design and document interactions between application packages, databases, middleware systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership throughout CRM solution development and implementation.
- Establish architecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, and solution review processes.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project and delivery teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- Architect Dynamics 365 solutions covering design, implementation, customization, integration, and governance.
- Design Microsoft Dataverse architecture, including data models, entity design, security models, and data management strategies.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions, including:
- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Business Process Flows
- Design Dynamics 365 security models, including business units, security roles, access controls, and data segregation.
- Design multi-tenant enterprise platforms supporting multiple lines of business through configurable and reusable components.
- Design, develop, and govern Dynamics 365 extensions, including Plugins, PCF Controls, Custom APIs, and Azure-hosted custom components.
- Optimize Power Automate workflows and business process orchestration solutions.
- Design internal-facing and external-facing digital solutions using Power Pages and related Microsoft technologies.
- Azure Cloud & Enterprise Integration
- Architect and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Design solutions utilizing Azure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, and cloud-native components.
- Develop scalable enterprise integration architectures across multiple business systems and platforms.
- Design REST-based API architectures and establish enterprise integration standards.
- Integrate enterprise applications using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Apply API-led connectivity, service orchestration, and reusable integration patterns.
- Design middleware, gateways, application interfaces, and enterprise integration components.
- Ensure cloud and integration architectures align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
- Data, Security & Architecture Governance
- Design enterprise data architectures, including common data models, data integration, migration strategies, and information governance.
- Develop data flow diagrams,
data models, and information architecture documentation.
- Design cloud security architectures and Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Apply Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access controls, data segregation, and enterprise security best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, enterprise architecture, and information management standards.
- Establish architecture governance processes and conduct solution architecture reviews.
- Develop architecture roadmaps and provide recommendations regarding emerging technologies and enterprise I⁢ trends.

- Facilitate architecture workshops, design sessions, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate complex technical concepts and architecture decisions into clear, business-focused recommendations.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Integration, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure solution designs align with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
- Engage and influence senior executives, business sponsors, product owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures.
- Develop implementation roadmaps and architecture recommendations.
- Present architecture assessments, solution options, recommendations, and technical risks to governance committees, executives, and project teams.
- Resolve competing priorities, technical constraints, and stakeholder expectations through effective facilitation and negotiation.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and architectural direction to project and delivery teams.
- Produce clear and professional architecture documentation, design specifications, standards, roadmaps, and executive briefings.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior CRM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, enterprise integration, data architecture, security, and CRM governance . The candidate should be capable of operating at both strategic and technical levels, translating business requirements into scalable enterprise architectures while providing hands-on architectural guidance to delivery teams.
Solid stakeholder leadership, communication, facilitation, and technical advisory skills are essential for success in this role.
