Role Overview The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking a Senior CRM Solutions Designer to support the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Senior Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, Infrastructure, Integration, and Security teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable, and implementation-ready CRM solution designs.

The role will focus on solution options analysis, business process design, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, Dataverse data modelling, enterprise integration, multi-tenant CRM solutions, governance support, and implementation readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- CRM Solution Analysis & Design – 60%
- Collaborate with Senior Solution Architects to develop solution options, assess alternatives, and recommend optimal Dynamics 365 approaches.
- Analyze business requirements across permitting, licensing, compliance, enforcement, inspections, case management, and customer service programs.
- Conduct current-state assessments and gap analyses of business processes, applications, and CRM capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for business process standardization, consolidation, reuse, and modernization.
- Evaluate out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 capabilities before recommending custom configuration or development.
- Develop solution option analyses, recommendations, trade-offs, risk assessments, and implementation approaches.
- Design enterprise CRM solutions using:

- Dynamics 365 Customer Service

- Microsoft Dataverse
- Model-Driven Apps

- Define reusable business capabilities, workflows, processes, forms, and solution components.
- Design scalable solutions supporting multiple business lines and multi-tenant environments.
- Produce detailed functional designs, solution specifications, process models, user journeys, user stories, and implementation-ready documentation.
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements for CRM solutions.
- Ensure solution designs align with approved enterprise architecture and platform standards.
- Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Design
- Design solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, and Power Pages.

- Define and document

- Dataverse Data Modelling & Integration Design – 20%
- Define business data requirements, entity models, relationships, data mappings, and data quality requirements within Dataverse.
- Develop conceptual and logical data models.
- Define integration requirements between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms.
- Design and document interfaces, business integration specifications,



and data exchange requirements.

- Apply knowledge of REST APIs, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and Identity & Access Management.

- Governance, Architecture & Quality Support
- Support architecture reviews and design walkthroughs.
- Identify solution risks, product limitations, technical constraints, and implementation challenges.
- Provide practical recommendations and mitigation strategies.
- Review solution configurations and development deliverables for alignment with approved designs and architecture standards.
- Support testing, deployment planning, production readiness, and implementation activities.
- Maintain solution documentation and architecture/design artefacts.
- Consider security, recovery, performance, scalability, capacity, and maintainability throughout solution design.
- Support compliance with relevant OPS architecture standards, methodologies, policies, and practices.
- Delivery Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration – 20%
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, Infrastructure Teams, Integration Teams, and Security Teams.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, architecture discussions, and stakeholder consultations.
- Communicate solution recommendations, risks, constraints, dependencies, and design decisions to business and technical audiences.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Provide advice on short- and long-term CRM solution development and service strategies.
- Support implementation teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes and meeting established deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior CRM Solutions Designer with 7+ years of CRM solution design experience and 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience . The candidate should have a strong combination of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Platform, CRM solution design, enterprise integration, data modelling, business process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration experience.

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with architects and delivery teams while independently producing detailed, implementation-ready solution designs for complex enterprise CRM environments.
