Carry out electrical repairs, remedial works, testing and inspections in occupied and void social housing properties across Kettering, Corby and North Northamptonshire.
Typical Day
- Attend properties and complete electrical repairs and remedial works.
- Carry out testing and inspections.
- Complete rewires in void properties when required.
- Fault-find and ensure electrical systems are safe and compliant.
- Complete paperwork/certification.
- Participate in 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota.

- Domestic electrical maintenance experience.

Essential Qualifications
- C&G; 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
- C&G; 2382 – 18th Edition
- C&G; 2391 – Testing & Inspection or equivalent
- Testing & inspection experience essential
- Willing to complete CAT B Asbestos training.
