This contract role reports to the Director of Finance & Health Information, contributing to a vital analytical team. You will conduct thorough financial analyses and report on hospital operations, directly impacting decision-making and identifying process improvements. Your team-oriented efforts with management and clinical leaders will support departmental budgeting and enhance overall financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze hospital financial results and statistical data
• Prepare monthly and year-end reports for management




• Assist in developing and preparing annual budgets
• Conduct internal and external audit processes
• Identify areas for financial process improvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum three years in financial/accounting roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
