EV Studio is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our growing team. We specialize exclusively in pre-owned electric, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid vehicles, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves cars and enjoys helping customers find the right one.

This isn't a traditional sales job. There is no cap on your earning potential. If you're hungry, driven, and willing to put in the work, you have the opportunity to earn as much as your performance allows.

What You'll Do

- Guide customers through the vehicle-buying experience from first contact to delivery
- Build genuine relationships and understand each customer's needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Demonstrate and explain EV, PHEV, and HEV technology in a way customers can easily understand
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and product presentations
- Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and other channels
- Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently work toward closing sales
- Stay up to date on EV, PHEV, and HEV products, features, charging, incentives, and technology
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of your individual results

- Has a strong work ethic and isn't afraid to make the phone call, send the follow-up,

- Is competitive with themselves and constantly looking to improve
- Can build trust quickly and create long-term customer relationships
- Is comfortable learning and explaining new automotive technology
- Is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customers and opportunities
- Has previous automotive or sales experience (an asset, but not required for the right person)

Pay: $36,500.00-$152,416.96 per year
