CarSure Car Garage is looking for a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between our customers and our mechanic team. The Service Advisor will manage customer communication, coordinate repair work, provide accurate timelines, and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the repair process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be organized, understand automotive repair services, and be able to coordinate multiple jobs while ensuring commitments made to customers are followed through.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service.
- Understand customer concerns and accurately communicate repair requirements to the mechanic team.
- Coordinate and organize daily work between customers, mechanics, and the shop.
- Assign and prioritize work based on the shop schedule and customer commitments.
- Communicate expected completion times and timelines to mechanics.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and any changes to the original timeline.
- Communicate any additional repairs, parts requirements, delays, or changes before proceeding with the customer.
- Ensure promises and commitments made to customers are properly communicated to the mechanic team and followed through.
- Contact customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure they are satisfied with the work.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers for their next recommended service or maintenance appointment.
- Build current customer relationships and actively bring new customers to the shop.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, estimates, and potential repair work.
- Help increase shop sales through excellent customer service, follow-ups, and customer referrals.




- Maintain accurate service records, appointments, estimates, and customer information.
- Coordinate parts availability and communicate any parts-related delays to customers and mechanics.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, repair timelines, and service status.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service area.
- Work closely with management and mechanics to ensure smooth daily shop operations.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or similar automotive role is preferred.
- Automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vehicles and customers at the same time.
- Ability to communicate clearly with mechanics and customers.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide realistic timelines.
- Sales experience is an asset, especially in an automotive or repair-shop environment.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and future maintenance.
- Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling systems, and shop-management software.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the customer experience from vehicle drop-off to completion. The right candidate should be reliable, organized, professional, and confident communicating with both customers and mechanics.

A strong candidate will not only manage existing customers but will also build long-term customer relationships, bring new customers to the shop, follow up on future service needs, and help grow the business.

Pay: $15.55-$18.50 per hour
