Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales and Catering Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients planning events, providing exceptional guest service from initial inquiry through event execution
- Collaborate with Chef, and banquet operations team to develop customized catering proposals that meet client needs and budget expectations
- Promote venue amenities and upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining positive relationships
- Coordinate all event details including menu selection, room setup, audiovisual requirements, and staffing needs to ensure flawless execution
- Manage bookings efficiently using organizational tools,



ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients and internal teams
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented

Skills

- Strong background in marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote venue offerings
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations, including restaurant or hotel experience preferred
- Proven ability in upselling additional services or amenities to maximize revenue opportunities
- Skilled negotiator capable of balancing client needs with business objectives
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail and responsiveness
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines

Previous hotel sales experience is an asset. Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
