Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales and Catering Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgets, providing tailored proposals that highlight our venue’s unique offerings
- Actively promote and upsell additional services such as menu options, event enhancements, and room packages to increase revenue
- Coordinate all aspects of catering and event planning, including menu selection, logistics, staffing, and setup requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies




- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding our client base
- Oversee event execution on the day of, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction while managing time effectively within budget constraints

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or catering coordination within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful upselling and closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote services and attract new clients
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is highly desirable, providing a solid foundation in hospitality standards and guest interactions
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management related to event planning
