Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sale and Technical Support professional to join our team.

Our service include Alarm system, Access control system, CCTV system and IP phone system.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

According to customer needs, give solution and installation estimate. Some times need to visit job site.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers on how to resolve their issues.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed.




- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the development of user guides and FAQs for customers.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with troubleshooting common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a technical support role or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn recent technologies.
