Whistler Therapeutics (selling products as EarthWolf Farms) is a medically focused outdoor, organic, cannabis cultivator and processor with head office in Whistler and cultivation and processing in Lillooet, BC. We are currently recruiting for a ‘Junior Sales Assistant’ to join our talented team.

: Sales Assistant

Salary: $25-30 hourly/ Hybrid Role

Vacation: 4%

Schedule: Part-time (16-24 hours), Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm (Hybrid afforded)

Location of Employment: Whistler (Function Junction) & Lillooet (East Lillooet)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in establishing leads, and engaging customers through email, phone, and social media.

Cold call retailers in all provinces introducing Earthwolf Farms and its product lines.

Collecting information via different channels (e.g. social media to event marketing) and note down pertinent details.

Send emails to clients and managing relationship with each client as the relationship progresses.

Adding email lists (csv) to MailChimp or other similar marketing platforms.

Manage customer needs, and customer preferences, throughout the sales process, and close transactions, when required.

Organize lists of various formats in Microsoft Excel, Word, with knowledge of Adobe suit considered a strong asset.





Possess comprehensive knowledge of the cannabis industry, including both Provincial and Federal sales regulations is an asset.

Working towards quarterly individual goals, and targets.

Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.

Monitor competition, economic indicators, industry trends, and market demand, with a focus on extraction types.

Other tasks assigned, as required.

REQUIREMENTS

High achieving, ambitious, and results orientated.

Proven cannabis sales ability, with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Proven ability to build and develop effective customer relationships.

Self-motivated, responsive, hard working, organized, and professional.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, reporting, and written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft programs. Adobe considered an asset.

Comprehensive cannabis sales regulatory knowledge is considered an asset.

Related degree and/or relevant education considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
