We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that enhance sales opportunities.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts.




- Upsell products and accessories by highlighting benefits aligned with customer preferences.
- Maintain organized stock areas and ensure products are properly labeled and stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining high service standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, can be helpful , but fashion conscious with beauty experience is a great asset.
- will be trained to Demonstrate and learn the ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales data.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and know how to Multi task in a fast-paced retail environments.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
