Sales Associate at INspiration Furniture Coquitlam
INspiration is the leading contemporary multi-brand furniture store in B.C, representing many unique and exclusive furniture brands from around the world.
Our Coquitlam location is looking for its newest addition to join the team.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Assisting clients on the showroom floor including writing and double checking orders during the closing of the sale process.
- Ensuring your own clients are receiving the best possible Customer Service experience. This includes before, during and after sales follow ups.
- Keeping up to date with the product and sales knowledge.
- Take initiative during quieter spells to reach out/take action in relation to gaining more clients.
- Daily procedures such as opening and closing the showroom.
- Ensuring the space is clean and always maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Sales/retail experience is a must
- Furniture retail experience is a big advantage.
- Interior Design Skills is not required but would be an advantage.
- Fluency in speaking and writing English is required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Medical and dental insurance package available after a 3-month probation period. Job Type: Full time
