Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products through engaging product demos and detailed explanations
- Conduct merchandise merchandising to ensure attractive displays that boost sales
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual targets
- Maintain organized stock areas, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-presented
- Use effective communication skills to explain product features, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns




- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with technology sales or conducting product demos is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
