We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Associate specializing in optical products to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be willing to train and have a strong passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and willing to build a solid understanding of optical products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist clients in selecting the perfect eyewear solutions while providing expert guidance on optical health and lens options.

The Sales

Associate will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of our optical retail environment.

Duties

- Greet and engage customers warmly, assessing their optical needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide detailed product information, including lens types, frame styles, and optical technology, utilizing knowledge of optical terminology.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate eyewear solutions based on their prescriptions, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Conduct basic vision assessments and help interpret prescriptions to recommend suitable lenses and frames.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current optical products, laboratory processes,



and retail sales techniques to enhance customer consultations.
- Support laboratory staff by understanding optical procedures and assisting with lens fitting or adjustments when necessary.
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care, maintenance, and the importance of regular eye examinations to promote ongoing eye health.Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales within an optical or healthcare environment is highly desirable, but for the right enthusiastic person we will train.
- Laboratory experience with lens fitting or optical equipment is preferred to support technical aspects of the role.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
