We are committed to providing personalized service and helping every customer find eyewear that fits their vision, lifestyle, and personal style.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for fashion and eyewear, and can provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Help customers select frames and sunglasses based on their needs, preferences, and style
- Explain eyewear options, lens features, pricing, and available promotions
- Assist with frame fittings, adjustments, and basic eyewear care
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Assist customers with insurance/direct-billing inquiries when required
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and eyewear pickups
- Support daily store operations and inventory
- Build positive, long-term relationships with customers




- Work collaboratively with opticians and other team members

Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or optical experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Optical experience is an asset, but training can be provided for the right candidate
