U-Haul is seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will help customers inside and outside the U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and ensure vehicle readiness. Additionally, on-the-job education and certifications for equipment handling are provided.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services • Use smartphone technology for rentals and inventory • Clean and inspect equipment regularly • Prepare rental invoices and accept returns • Drive a forklift (certification available)

Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • High school diploma or equivalent • Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs • Willingness to participate in continuous education • Ability to follow safety precautions in a busy setting
