Wave Communication is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Rogers Sales Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to succeed in a sales environment. Previous wireless or retail sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Rogers plans, phones, and services.
- Sell and activate Rogers wireless plans and devices.
- Assist customers with upgrades, current activations, plan changes, and other wireless services.
- Explain plans, pricing, promotions, features, and terms clearly.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Promote phones, accessories, and other products available in the store.
- Assist customers with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
- Process sales and transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Keep up to date with Rogers promotions, products, and services.
- Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and other day-to-day store responsibilities.
- Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and customer-service goals.





Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset.
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Solid sales and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer and technology knowledge.
- Ability to learn new products and systems quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
