As a Sales Associate at Vape Pub, you’ll be the face of our brand — helping customers find what they’re looking for, sharing product knowledge, and keeping the vibe fun and welcoming. Whether you’re restocking shelves or chatting about the latest vape gear, you play a key role in creating an amazing in-store experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Stay up to date on the latest vape trends and gear (we’ll train you!)
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock products, and help with merchandising
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, including ID verification
- Support loss prevention practices to help minimize shrink
- Help out with inventory management, including shipping/receiving
- Work with the team to create a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere
- Represent the Vape Pub brand in a positive, professional way — in-store and online if needed

Who You Are:

- Friendly, reliable, and passionate about great customer service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, social retail setting




- Eager to learn and open to feedback
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and POS skills
- Prior retail experience is an asset (especially in vape or lifestyle industries)
- Knowledge of vaping products is a bonus, but not required — we train!

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial but training will be provided for the right candidate.
