As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing the full lifecycle of customer orders—from order entry through invoicing. Working closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and our customers, you'll help ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported every step of the way.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys building strong relationships while coordinating multiple priorities.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
- Review order specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements before releasing orders to production.
- Monitor order progress, proactively identify potential issues, and coordinate solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Partner with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Communicate and apply sales terms and company policies, including freight, minimum order quantities, and returns.
- Assist Account Managers with pricing, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Support the resolution of logistics, quality, and order-related issues.
- Build strong product and process knowledge to provide exceptional customer support.
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
What You'll Bring
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales coordination experience in a print or manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with a strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
