What you'll do

- Speed to Lead: Connect with warm, high-intent leads within minutes of submission.
- Pipeline Conversion: Guide prospective clients through every milestone - from first contact to paid consultation, and from consultation to signed contract.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Maintain structured, consistent follow-up via phone and email.
- Collaborate & Win: Work directly with firm leadership while leveraging smart tools to hit sales targets.

What we're looking for

- Phone Confidence: Warm,



persuasive communicator who is resilient and unfazed by voicemails or rejection.
- Process-Driven: Exceptionally organized with relentless follow-through habits.
- Drive Over Experience: Sales, BDR, or call center experience is a bonus, but coachability and raw hunger matter more. We will train you on our process.
- Location & Availability: Must be based in Canada and available during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Compensation & Setup

- Pay: $41,600 annual base salary + commission.
- Location: 100% remote across Canada.
- Support: Dedicated leadership guidance and cutting-edge internal sales tools.
