$55,000–$65,000 base salary + performance-based bonus/commission

All Ontario Striping is a growing GTA contractor providing pavement marking, asphalt and concrete repair, crack sealing, traffic and parking-lot services, industrial/warehouse markings, sweeping and related property-maintenance services.

We are looking for a Sales & Estimating Representative who can manage incoming opportunities, visit customer sites, prepare estimates and quotations, follow up consistently, and actively develop additional business.

This is not a purely inside-sales role and it is not a purely estimating role. The right person must be comfortable working with customers, visiting commercial properties and construction sites, learning technical services, preparing estimates, and actively selling.

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Qualify opportunities and collect the information required to prepare quotations.
- Visit properties, construction and project sites.
- Take measurements, photographs and detailed site notes.
- Prepare estimates and detailed customer quotations using established company pricing methods.
- Work with the Director of Operations on complicated or technically unusual estimates.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain clear next actions.
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify additional services they may require.
- Reactivate previous customers and develop new commercial accounts.
- Prospect property-management companies, contractors, general contractors,



asphalt contractors and other target customers.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote and sales-pipeline records.
- Prepare complete project information for handoff to Operations after a job is approved.
- Work with AI-assisted estimating, quoting and customer-management systems as these processes are implemented.

- Ability to learn construction services, materials and estimating methods.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM-style systems and AI-assisted workflows.
- Professional written English and customer communication skills.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the GTA.

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is valuable but not mandatory:
- Construction estimating.
- Commercial property services.
- Pavement, asphalt or concrete work.
- Facility or property management services.
- B2B technical sales.
- Contractor or construction sales.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- responsiveness to new inquiries;
- quality and accuracy of quotations;
- quote follow-up discipline;
- conversion of opportunities into sales;
- new and reactivated customer development;
- cross-selling of additional services;
- quality and profitability of generated business.

This position has a base salary plus performance-based compensation designed to reward profitable sales growth. Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
