Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking focusing on property managers
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business




- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
- Negotiate terms and contracts effectively to maximize sales outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in sales tools
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential partnerships

Requirements

- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS
- Previous experience working directly with property managers or property management companies
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with experience managing the full sales cycle
- Established network within the property management or rental industry an asset
