TheTrophies Production Assistant is responsible for mass production on the Trophies side of the business. This includes organizing orders by priority, and following the necessary procedures to complete projects efficiently, without errors and to the clients’ satisfaction. All staff members should be willing to train on any and all equipment and processes at Specialty Trophies, in efforts to foster a productive and supportive Team agile.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate Engraving machinery such as the Epilog, M-300, M-460 and Versa Lasers
- Operate BN2-20A vinyl printer
- Print at the sublimation printer and operate the heat presses
- Operate Sublimation oven
- Set up printing and engraving projects to the customers’ specifications
- Communicate with clients, when necessary, in person, by phone or over email
- Complete routine cleaning and maintenance on all machines
- Create design proofs and send to clients for approval
- Write invoices for completed orders
- Perform other related duties as requested by the General Manager

Support Duties When Needed

- Garbage & Recycling
- Client communication including answering phones and doors
