As part of a resident-oriented team, the Licensed Practical Nurse role focuses on delivering goal-directed nursing care within Trico LivingWell's exceptional care campus. You will engage with residents and families, ensuring clear communication about health concerns, updating care plans, and supporting independence based on individual abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with healthcare and caregiving teams
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop health care plans
• Educate residents on wellness and self-care practices




• Coordinate resident care with physicians and support staff
• Supervise and guide unregulated care staff
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in Alberta with no restrictions
• Minimum two years experience with older adults
• Valid Basic Life Support certification
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo police clearance
