As a Lead Plumber at Boardwalk, you will lead plumbing efforts while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our customers. This position demands a Journeyman Certificate, solid leadership abilities, and at least three years of residential/commercial experience. You’ll also mentor apprentice plumbers, plan installations, and manage maintenance for plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead plumbing installations and timely service calls
• Mentor and train apprentice plumbers effectively
• Maintain and diagnose plumbing systems and fixtures




• Communicate updates to leaders and ensure compliance
• Schedule mechanical inspections and service calls
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman Certificate with gasfitting endorsement
• Minimum three years residential/commercial plumbing experience
• Familiarity with hydronic heating systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
