Join the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre as a Peer Services Navigator, supporting women in the Downtown Eastside area of Vancouver. Enhance access to essential services and programs for homeless women.

This full time position is dedicated to guiding women who are homeless or at risk, offering critical access to supports while collaborating with DEWC staff. As a Peer Services Navigator, you will work from a feminist and anti-oppression framework, prioritizing the needs of women in crisis while managing a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist women in navigating services and support systems • Work collaboratively with DEWC staff for integrated care • Organize records, schedules,



and problem-solving activities • Provide referrals to local community resources • Implement trauma-informed care methodologies in practice

Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness and violence • First Aid Certification and NVCI, or willingness to obtain • Strong organizational skills for dynamic environments • Knowledge of Downtown Eastside community resources
