We're looking for a Sales Manager (Sales Trainer) with robust direct sales experience (hospitality or travel background preferred) who enjoys coaching a team and improving how they sell. This role is mostly about training and developing our sales staff, not managing day-to-day admin.

What You'll Do

- Train and coach the sales team on closing, objection handling, and customer conversations
- Work directly with reps to improve conversion rates and sales confidence
- Observe real sales interactions and give actionable feedback
- Build practical training materials (scripts, role-plays, real scenarios)
- Partner with leadership to improve sales performance and KPIs
- Help onboard and ramp up new sales hires

What You Bring (Required)
- Direct experience working in a sales role where you were responsible for closing deals
- Experience training, coaching, or mentoring salespeople
- Strong understanding of closing, objection handling, and sales conversations
- Proven ability to improve sales performance or results

Important Note This role is focused on sales training and coaching, not just managing a team.
