Lifta Distribution Inc. is a wholesale supplier of window covering components, fabrics, and motorization systems. We supply manufacturers and window covering professionals with high-quality products and reliable products across Canada.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative who can build solid relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Identify and develop new B2B accounts within the window covering industry.
- Visit potential clients, retailers, manufacturers, and installers to generate new business.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
- Present products, promotions, and new product launches to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Account Management

- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the office regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

Merchandise & Sample Management

- Organize, prepare,



and distribute product samples to customers.
- Maintain sample inventory and promotional materials.
- Ensure merchandise displays and sample kits are updated with new products.

Social Media & Marketing

- Manage social media platforms.
- Create and publish daily posts featuring components, fabrics, motors, and promotional offers.
- Promote new arrivals, special events, and company announcements.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Build a strong social media presence and grow the company's online influence.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales and account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on the road.
- Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative mindset for developing promotional content and campaigns.
- Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Knowledge of the window covering industry is an asset but not required.
