FlowMedia (Florence Signs & LED) has been a leading name in the sign, LED, and outdoor advertising industry since 1969. Family-owned with over 55 years of experience, we are known for award-winning design, quality, and service. From our Cambridge shop we serve Kitchener-Waterloo, the GTA, and beyond, working with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, plaza owners, franchises, churches, medical buildings, and schools.

We are now growing into vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, mobile billboard rentals, and LED digital signage.

The Role

You are the voice of Florence Signs and the person who turns an inquiry into a delivered, profitable job. You answer the phone, quote the work, win the sale, and run the project through the shop and install crew until the client signs off.

Half the role is sales and client service. Half is estimating and project coordination. All of it is hands-on, and the results are visibly yours.

What You'll Do

- Answer incoming calls, website quote requests, and emails, and respond same business day
- Prepare accurate estimates for signage, mobile signs, vehicle wrap, LED projects, etc
- Prospect and grow new business, pursue repeat and contract revenue
- Follow up on every open quote until it is won or lost
- Run jobs from deposit to sign-off: proofs, materials, permits, install scheduling, and invoicing
- Conduct site surveys and manage municipal sign permits and landlord approvals
- Coordinate daily with our fabrication and install crews
- Job-cost completed work and protect the margin on every project

What You Bring





- 3+ years combined experience in sales, estimating, customer service or project coordination, ideally in signage, print, construction, or a related trade
- Genuine comfort on the phone and in person, and the discipline to follow up
- Ability to read drawings and build a cost estimate, or the aptitude to learn quickly
- Strong numeracy and solid Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple jobs and an active quote pipeline
- Valid Class G licence, clean driving record and have access to a vehicle

Assets: sign industry or vehicle wrap experience, CRM or quoting software, Ontario sign by-law and permit knowledge, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw.

What We Offer

- Salary of $40,000 – $50,000 base, depending on experience. Paid biweekly, based on a 40-hour work week
- Quarterly gross-margin bonus on both new business won and jobs delivered on budget and on time
- Medical insurance coverage after after the 3-month probationary period
- CPP & EI contributions
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- On-site parking and mileage reimbursement
- Two weeks paid vacation plus statutory holidays
- Mentorship from the owner, and a path to Operations Manager as we grow

Start Date: Sept 1st, 2026. Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
