What You’ll Do

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through our live chat platform.

- Assist worldwide clients with questions about PCBWay’s services, order status, and technical requirements.

- Guide customers through ordering PCBs, PCB assembly, and related services.

- Escalate complex technical or order issues to the appropriate team.

- Maintain accurate and transparent records of all customer interactions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical and commercial support.

- Work with our engineering and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical manufacturing, electrical engineering or a related field. (preferred)

- Excellent written in both English and mandarin communication skills (clear, professional, and friendly).





- Basic understanding of PCBs or willingness to learn quickly.

- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once.

- Experience in customer support, sales rep, especially in a technical or manufacturing setting, is a plus.

- Weekly routine: 2-3 days live chart agent, 2-3 days sales rep role.
