No automotive parts experience? No problem! Our experienced trainers will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in automotive parts sales and learn the industry. Job Summary The Sales Representative is a key point of contact between Miller’s Auto Recycling and our customers. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their automotive parts needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to online inquiries, selling and brokering automotive parts, processing sales orders, and supporting our front-counter sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell automotive parts to customers while identifying and meeting their needs
- Answer incoming parts sales calls and provide support to the sales team
- Respond to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately process sales orders using PowerLink and EZ-QC




- Broker automotive parts for resale
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Ensure all transactions and customer information are processed accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Automotive parts knowledge or experience is an asset
- Fluency in a second language is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Solid personal integrity and work ethic
