We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building robust customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Positive energy with an excitement for Home Decor & Furniture is a must.
Base pay + plus Commision insentives
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales .
- Present product offerings and demonstrate their benefits to clients through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials on marketing ads.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards sales goals using monthly quota's
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Multi-tasking computer & data entry using Excel & Quickbooks programs
- Collaborate in store displays & merchandising
- Daily house keeping & store maintenance up keep
- May be required to assist/ move furniture up to 50lbs (within the store & warehouse)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or high end ticket sales is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using Quickbooks software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving success.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details
