Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and perks effectively
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote products effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly and confidently during sales interactions

Qualifications

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with an understanding of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and upselling opportunities
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills to convey product information clearly and build rapport with customers

Pay: From $36,500.00 per year Work Location: On the road
