We are seeking a dependable and motivated Sales & Service Associate to join our team.

Our company specializes in the sale, service, and rental of safety equipment. In this position, you will work directly with customers, helping them with equipment purchases, rentals, service needs, and general product inquiries.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, rentals, inventory, and general shop duties. The successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with customers in person, by phone, and by email, while also helping with the day-to-day operation of the business.

Knowledge of safety equipment or industrial products is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Duties

- Assist customers with the purchase, rental, and servicing of safety equipment
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by telephone, and by email
- Help customers identify appropriate products and equipment for their needs
- Prepare sales and rental orders, quotations, invoices, and related paperwork
- Process customer transactions and payments accurately
- Prepare rental equipment for customers and assist with equipment returns
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Maintain accurate records for sales, rentals, and service work
- Help keep the showroom, warehouse, and work areas clean and organized
- Learn the features, applications, and proper use of the safety equipment and products we carry
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and preparing customer orders




- Work with other team members to ensure customers receive prompt and professional service
- Perform other general duties as required to support the day-to-day operation of the business

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, industrial supplies, safety equipment, or equipment rentals is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers and learning our sales, rental, and inventory systems
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with safety or industrial equipment would be an asset
- Valid driver's licence is required.

Pay: [16.50-23.00]

Schedule: [Monday to Friday / 40 hours]

Location: Edmonton West
