They lead complex improvements, influence standards and governance, and shape process strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Strategy & GovernanceOwn and continuously evolve assigned processes across the enterprise.Establish performance standards, KPIs, controls,



and audit mechanisms.Provide oversight across the improvement lifecycleAdvanced Process OptimizationLead redesign and re-engineering of cross-functional workflows.Develop future-state blueprints aligned with organizational goals.Identifyand quantify business value (efficiency, quality, cost, experience).Requirements Leadership & Solution DesignDrive enterprise-level discovery, scoping, and prioritization activities.Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and epics.Partner with PMO, IT, and Product/Platform teams to ensure solutions are feasibleand aligned.Portfolio & Backlog ManagementSupport the maintenance and execution of a prioritized improvement backlog for the process domain.Shape roadmaps and sequencing based on capacity, value, and risk.Influence cross-team prioritizationCoaching & EnablementMentor Process Owners and junior analysts.Develop standards, templates, and best practices for the discipline.Qualifications5–8 years in Business Analysis, Process Ownership, Continuous Improvement, or similar.Demonstrated experience leading medium–large process initiatives or re‑engineering efforts.Robust familiarity with Agile, Lean, and process optimization frameworks.SkillsAdvanced process analysis & redesignStakeholder management across senior layersRoadmap & backlog ownershipData-driven decision-makingChange management & communicationAbility to influence without authorityNice to HaveProduct Owner training (PSPO, CSPO,
