About the Opportunity

A large public sector organization is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to help deliver a complex Salesforce application within an established enterprise platform. This is a hands-on technical role where youll combine solution architecture with development, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

Youll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and enterprise and solution architects in an Agile Scrum environment. The team values collaboration, transparency, quality, and thoughtful technical decision-making, with work delivered through short, iterative sprints.

Your Responsibilities

- Youll architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, declarative tools, and Public Sector Foundation / Vlocity
- Youll translate business and functional requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions
- Youll work with the PSF data model and use Public Sector Foundation capabilities to support business processes, including document generation
- Youll lead technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting




- Youll design and execute data migration activities and implement appropriate security, access, and sharing controls
- Youll support sandbox management, deployments, release processes, and technical documentation
- Youll provide demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to business and technical teams

Skills and Qualifications

- 6+ years of Salesforce solution delivery experience on medium-to-large complex projects
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, security, integration, and administration experience
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules
- Demonstrated Public Sector Foundation / Vlocity experience, including the PSF data model
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is mandatory; Platform Developer II, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Designer or Architect certifications are preferred
- Experience with Copado DevOps and Azure DevOps is considered an asset
