We are a busy cabinet manufacturing shop looking for a detail-oriented Sander to join our production team. In this role, you will be the final touchpoint before our cabinet doors head into the paint department. Because paint highlights every flaw, your attention to detail is critical to the quality of our final product!

You will be working entirely indoors in our factory environment, working with a team that takes pride in building high-quality cabinetry.

What You Will Do:

- Sand raw and primed cabinet doors, drawers, and wood components to prepare them for final painting and finishing.
- Use both power sanders (like orbital sanders) and hand-sanding techniques to achieve a perfectly smooth surface.
- Inspect wood surfaces carefully to identify and smooth out scratches, dents, glue spots, or rough patches.
- Safely operate and maintain sanding equipment.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and dust-swept.




- Work efficiently with the finishing team to meet daily production goals.

What We Are Looking For:

- Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for imperfections and take pride in doing things right.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for a full shift, perform repetitive hand/arm motions, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliability: You show up on time and are ready to work.
- Experience: Previous experience in woodworking, sanding, painting, or manufacturing is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a outstanding attitude and work ethic.
