Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and handle cash transactions with care
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers quickly while maintaining high-quality standards
- Upsell additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and freshness of all ingredients




- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- Experience in cashiering or serving roles is advantageous for success in this position
