Role Descriptions

1.Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents| billing exceptions| and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.

2.Provide operational support by addressing issues related to billing exceptions| device installation removal| meter readings| and Device Management (DM) integration defects.

3.Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes| including IDoc processing.

4.Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for Billing and Device Management modules.

5.Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects| including billing reports| DM workflows| and Fabric pipelines.

6.Conduct Unit Testing| Integration Testing| and UAT| ensuring end-to-end validation across systems.

7.Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as Dataflows| Pipelines| Lakehouse| and Power BI embedded analytics.

8.Analyze recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.
