SAP IS-U Functional Consultant - Meter-to-Cash, Billing & Device Management

Role Descriptions

- Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.
- Provide operational support by addressing issues related to billing exceptions, device installation/removal, meter readings, and Device Management (DM) integration defects.
- Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing.
- Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for Billing and Device Management modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including billing reports, DM workflows, and Fabric pipelines.
- Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT, ensuring end-to-end validation across systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI embedded analytics.
- Analyze recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.
