Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Lead to join a growing Cloud ERP practice supporting clients in Canada.

Location: Remote – candidates must be based in Canada or North America , with client travel as needed.

What You’ll Do

- Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance workstreams from discovery and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
- Own Finance solution design across Record-to-Report (R2R), financial close, and statutory reporting .
- Serve as the senior Finance SME and trusted advisor to clients.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure solutions align with SAP Public Cloud best practices .
- Guide Finance data migration, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
- Provide functional leadership through hypercare, stabilization, and post-go-live support .
- Collaborate across Procurement, HR/HXM, Time, Payroll, Data, and Technical teams.
- Support solutioning, presales, estimates, and client discussions.




- Mentor Finance consultants and contribute to building Cloud ERP Finance capabilities.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of SAP/ERP Finance experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance .
- Ideally a few SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations .
- Proven experience leading and owning the Finance workstream across end-to-end implementations.
- Strong functional Finance expertise, including R2R, financial close, reporting, and Finance configuration .
- Senior Lead / Solution Architect / Principal Consultant level experience.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Consulting or System Integrator experience is highly preferred.
- Post-go-live/AMS and multi-entity/multi-currency experience are robust assets.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance certification is an asset.
- Must be based in North America.
