As a Manager, International Capital Models Analytics & Reporting, you will report to a Senior Manager and be a critical member of the Retail & Small Business Models and Analytics team. You will help manage reporting capabilities, data assets and analytical processes that support credit risk models, Basel III parameters, regulatory capital reporting and model performance oversight. You will work closely with model developers, technology partners, governance, audit and business stakeholders to ensure that data is reliable, reporting is accurate and model outputs are transparent, controlled and actionable. You will use a mix of traditional and modern data tools, including SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, and large-scale data environments such as Hadoop. Your work will require strong hands‑on data management skills, sound analytical judgment and the ability to convert complex model, risk and regulatory requirements into clear reporting solutions and practical recommendations. You will be responsible for supporting a proactive risk data management environment by identifying data issues, improving reporting processes, strengthening controls and helping the team meet evolving expectations under RDARR, Basel III, OSFI's E-23 guideline and internal model governance standards.

adapt to change and deliver quality work under tight deadlines You communicate clearly in writing and verbally and can explain complex data or model issues in a concise, business‑friendly way Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have: University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or a related technical field At least five years of relevant experience in a similar analytical, data management, reporting or credit risk role Proven ability to work with teams in a professional, collaborative and productive manner Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time management, planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quickly under pressure Efficient, flexible and comfortable working through tight deadlines, changing requirements and conflicting priorities Able to recognize data problems and issues, take ownership and recommend practical actions and solutions Strong technical and analytical skills, including data management, programming and reporting development Hands‑on experience using SQL, Python or a related programming language Experience manipulating, reconciling and analyzing data using SQL, Python and Excel Expertise with Power BI is required Expert knowledge of risk data management best practices Working knowledge of Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting, RDARR, and the Basel III framework Working knowledge of PD, LGD, EAD and RWA requirements and corresponding analytics and reporting Robust knowledge of the model development lifecycle and OSFI's E-23 guideline Strong knowledge of
