The Child and Youth Care Worker will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans for children and adolescents. You will visit homes, schools, and communities to ensure compliance with treatment, provide coaching to families, and support the integration of patients back into their school systems. This critical role involves promoting socialization for patients in the outpatient mental health program while coordinating with the REACH program and local school districts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on academic and treatment plans for youths
• Conduct visits to homes, schools,



and community settings
• Support families in accessing appropriate services
• Assist patients in transitioning back to schools
• Engage patients in social and recreational activities
Requirements:
• CYW certificate or degree from recognized institution
• 3-5 years experience with children and adolescents
• Knowledge of DBT and CBT
• Effective communication skills
• Solid risk assessment capabilities
