Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will conduct detailed assessments and implement effective resident care strategies in a long-term care environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough assessments of residents' needs
- Create and execute individualized care plans
- Evaluate care effectiveness and modify approaches as needed
- Work closely with nursing and healthcare staff to ensure best practices
- Adhere to the ethical standards of care delivery Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related degree
- Registered/eligible with CRNS and CRPNS
- Hold a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
