As a Scheduler at AgeCare, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations within long-term care. Your responsibilities include scheduling staff, preparing daily assignment sheets, and managing attendance records using Kronos. This position allows you to apply cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer service for our residents while collaborating closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule staff for care departments effectively • Prepare daily assignments for various departments • Manage attendance and documentation for staff leaves • Administer time & attendance records in Kronos • Support Unit Clerk duties as needed
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in scheduling or a similar role • Certificate or diploma in Office Administration preferred • Experience with Kronos is highly desirable • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
